HOW MANY BOARDROOM HOURS AM I ENTITLED TO?
A signed lease will include 10 hours per month (non-cumulative) of Boardroom use. Additional boardroom hours are billed at an hourly rate.
IS PARKING INCLUDED?
Parking is available to clients who are interested in the option of renting an assigned parking stall during regular building business hours.
